RAYMOND QUEE

Director & Head of Geology

A geologist with 10 years working experience in both technical and management roles on multiple commodities (Gold,Diamond,REEs-Coltan&Lithium and Mineral Sands)  in the exploration and mining industries in Sierra Leone and Ghana-West Africa. Raymond holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Geology, University of Sierra Leone-Fourah Bay College (2010) and a certificate on Financial Modeling and Analysis from the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) (2020).
Highly motivated, dependable and goal driven professional who has demonstrated commitment in providing quality services within budget and time. Understands the need for planning, time management and achievement of deadlines.


Oriented in local government policies related to mining. Ability to identify, interpret and evaluate new opportunities and organizes, manage and analyze data in order to advance projects.
Raymond’s technical capabilities is in mineral exploration, mineral resource estimation and project financial modeling and forecasting.

Career Highlights:
Has successfully managed three small-scale alluvial gold mining business operations, delivering low leveraged, highly efficient and strong profit margins as key outputs to shear holder investors,(2013-2017)
Discovery a 0.7km long and 0.3km wide pegmatite ore body with elevated anomalous values for Tantalum and Lithium in Northern Sierra Leone (2016).
Lead a technical team to setup the first ever small-scale alluvial mining operation on (Tantalum &Naiobium) Coltan in Northern Sierra Leone (2016).
Supervised Development Drilling program on Mineral Sand deposit from inferred through indicated and measured resource stages (2019).
Greenfield discoveries/experience include extensive Gold and Coltan alluvial deposits and hardrock mineralization on the Loko Hills, Sula and Kibi-Winneba Greenstone Belts and the Rutile - Zircon Placers, (2011-2020).
